Create resources on the fly, without leaving the schedule builder
💡 Until now, if the resource you needed wasn't in a dropdown, you had to leave your half-built schedule, go to Settings to create it, and start the schedule over from the beginning. Now within the dropdown, you can create the additional account setting you need to complete the schedule.
When you search a dropdown and don't find what you're looking for, a "＋ Create…" action appears at the bottom of the list — already filled in with what you typed. Click it, confirm a detail or two, and the new resource is saved, selected, and ready. Your in-progress schedule stays exactly as you left it.
You can create four types of resources right in the builder:
- 🏥 Operating Rooms
- 🗂️ Departments
- 🔪 Surgery Types
- 👤 Surgical StaffEverything you create this way is saved to your account, just as it would be in Settings, so you can manage or edit it later. And if you decide not to finish the schedule, the resources you created are still there waiting for you.
