Record and update metrics on the admin

1. Introduction

You will learn how to select dates and times, specify delay reasons, and confirm your entries to ensure accurate metric tracking.

2. Select the Schedule

Click the schedule to record or update metric time.

3. Select the Surgery

Select the surgery you would like to update

4. Open Record Metric

Click "Record Metrics" to access the section where you can record or update metric times.

5. View Metrics

From this screen, you're able to view which metrics are next to be recorded.

6. Click date and time field

Click the date field to update the metric time that needs to be recorded. Be sure to back track to the correct metric date as it defaults to the current date.

7. Confirm Metric Entry

Once you've adjusted the date and time, click "Confirm Metric" to save the selected date and time for the metric.

8. Next Metric

Once you confirm a metric, the next metric will be active and ready to record.

9. Confirm Metric Entry

Click "Confirm Metric" to record the following metric time.

10. Open Delay Reason Dropdown

If a metric is delayed, you need to select a reason. You can also reassign the delay to another team member.

11. Confirm Metric Again

Click "Confirm Metric" to proceed with saving all recent changes to the metric.

12. Finish Recording All Metrics

Continue recording the metric time for all active metrics

13. Select Confirmed Metric

If you need to correct the metric time for any recorded metric, begin by clicking on the metric to update.

14. Update Metric time

The steps are the same to update a metric time. Keep in mind, if you update a metric, Synchrony Surgical will adjust the efficiency, duration, and the following metrics confirm by time.

You have successfully recorded and updated the metric time, including selecting dates and times, specifying delay reasons, and confirming all entries. Now, you can go back and verify that the metric shows the correct timestamps and statuses for your previously recorded data.
